You need to update your apps. Whereas other banks are constantly updating their apps and adding new features for users. But you are stay on backstage from them. You must follow up your application. thank you

App exits for nothing when the mini statement dropdown is clicked, the poor developer and not enough QA test is the possible cause, please fix it ASSP!

App crashes when “contact us” is pressed!! Also, wish we could open accounts through the app instead of going to Bank.

I am a debit card user of UCB bank. My account is regular saving account. I can use all my necessary tools using this app (like bKash add money, fund transfer to UCB or other bank account etc) and they work perfectly

The app crashed when I clicked on the credit card dashboard. It was so much disappointing me. There should be an option to see the transaction of credit card.

The app is frozen when using and does not respond to touch. Please solve this issue. It becomes a frequent problem now.

App is great, but biometric login option would be a great option.

After recent ios update couldn’t login with face id and couldn’t even use the forget password option. Called the call center but he insisted that it is not software problem but device problem. Not a good experience.

Still a long way to go. Don’t have fingerprint or faceid log in support like brac or city bank’s app. Not that user friendly yet

You should add unlocking with Face ID and biometric system for at least iOS system!
