EBL SKYBANKING

After updating the latest version of sky banking to my iPhone 13pro mobile, the last five transactions is not showing. Both accounts same.

I don’t understand why every time uninstall and then reinstall the app. Don’t you think it’s weird?

Too slow operation even in my iphone 12 pro max

Its a great app to use my daily life, but need some important update like new bank branch add in found transfer option, fund transfer shows limit of balance, need current account accessibility.

This app is not user friendly, make it easy and simple.

I have using this app from the very beginning. Last few month I am facing problem while paying bill of mobile/recharge Whenever there shows any transaction failure, the amount is already deducted but the amount is not recharged to the dedicated number . I have filled complain once but no response. I know the recharge amount is low but repeating same fact makes a great amount. It also creat problem personally.

Unbelievable, the bank has no clue that their app crashing on iOS... it was OK but last few days OMG. Contact Center was suggesting me to erase Cache... I was like dude, could you show me where is cache on iPhone. when high ups are snoring, BKash is silently taking over market... never have app crashed... LOL

I maintain 2 accounts with ebl .. one of my account is on ebl Skybanking . Now want to use both my bank accounts on one Skybanking id. How to add my new bank account on Skybanking .. Note = Both my account should be on one Skybanking Id

Please make it iPhone X compatible... its look really weird while working with it short screen

When I select fund transfer to bKash every times its crash. Pls improve it so that I can give this app to 5 stars. Other than this apps is so far ok.
