Why do I have to log into the UCCU Card App to be told to login into the UCCU Mobile app and use the “card app” link from the menu? If I try to just log into the UCCU Mobile App and go to the link it tells me that I must have the UCCU Card App to do so.
This app organizes all the details of past transactions on your card very efficiently. It is very easy to navigate through the various features and very easy to manage your cards!
The app contains a bunch of helpful information and insights about your spending and can be pretty nice. The UI can be a little messy at times and I wish it just had a bit more synergy with the main UCCU app, so they looked relatively similar to each other just a bit more. Other than that, it’s pretty nice.

This app has some major glitches and won’t allow me to even get into the app. Just takes me back and forth between the bank app and this one. I called customer support and he said, “Yeah that’s a common problem. I’m not sure what’s going on.”
Doesn't matter what the app can offer if it will not let me log in. It asks me to go over to my uccu account but will ultimately just take me back to the log in screen of the card app leading me no where.
It won’t let you log in when coming from the uccu mobile app and it won’t let you use your uccu login to get in either. This shouldn’t be an app, it should be a feature on the uccu mobile app.
All this app does is say it’s creating a secure connection and then never moves past that page. I’m sure it would be very useful if you could actually access the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times and always have the same issue.

I’ve had my card get declined some 14 times over the last two months and there’s no reason for it. Even the card readers say “declined: no reason” which most cashiers tell me they’ve never seen before. So I go to this app to see what’s up. And it tells me absolutely nothing about what’s going on.
