Nice to haves: -copy paste a phone number won’t work -number history resolve to names

They was a fantastic app until 1.41. Now, door attendants get voip calls to their phone when someone rings the bell. This isn’t a dealbreaker, but the fact that there is NO WAY to turn them off is. I cannot recommend this app until the option to not get door calls is included.

Awesome that identity integrated with iPhone. Problem is muting notifications in settings still doesn’t mute the calls I get to CARPLAY. When I’m in a different state than the door. This app update needs a quick and easy way to shut off video call incoming per property. This is driving everyone nuts.

Please incorporate NFC reader to open doors

There are too many steps required to open a door. It takes all the convenience from the process. 1. Phone removed from pocket, 2. Unlock phone, 3. Locate the app, 4. Select door the function (open door), 5. Click button to open the lock. It’s absurdly cumbersome. This app should stay open in the background and unlock the door when it makes a Bluetooth handshake with the doorbell. The phone would stay in pocket. This is how modern luxury cars work. And this system is basically the Porsche of home management so why not? I really cannot state how much I hate this app and that I am now stuck with it to open the door of my home. Considering replacing.
