Too Complicated
There are too many steps required to open a door. It takes all the convenience from the process. 1. Phone removed from pocket, 2. Unlock phone, 3. Locate the app, 4. Select door the function (open door), 5. Click button to open the lock. It’s absurdly cumbersome. This app should stay open in the background and unlock the door when it makes a Bluetooth handshake with the doorbell. The phone would stay in pocket. This is how modern luxury cars work. And this system is basically the Porsche of home management so why not? I really cannot state how much I hate this app and that I am now stuck with it to open the door of my home. Considering replacing.

Great app! Just wish there would be an option to block callers from the app. Also would like texting option.
One Click VPN and UNAS Access
Great App. Very convenient to have one click VPN access and local quick connect to UNAS. I wish Unifi would release a Vision Pro version, or allow the iPad version to run on AVP. I volunteer my services as a Beta Tester :)
Still Beta quality.
It triggers from time to time without a reson. And when someone rings the UniFi Access Intercom this app (Identity) also launches when it should only trgger the Access App.
