Why refer to yourselves as a digital bank if it will take more than 24 hours to verify for account opening??? This is a joke. Now tell me how to withdraw my application please. And assure me that my personal data will be erased.

A new bank/product asking users to have time deposit. I installed and open account for this subsidiary bank for I have eon ub account, and they email eon will be transfered here. the only thing available here is dummy account and time deposit.

App says verifications takes 24 hours but several days have passed but no update. When you contact consumer support they say each application is unique and may take several days. In short, account verification may take 365 days to 10 years, plus they keep ln asking for ID's. How many IDs does an app need to verify? Don't download this app. Big waste of time! Good thing their support doesn't send surveys otherwise they'll be flooded with DSATS!!!'n 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have been trying to access my account for a month but I still cannot open/access the app. It says “Something went wrong We're having difficulty trying to connect to our server. Please try again.” I tried re-installing the app but nothing solves this problem.

Holy mother of Christ. Approval timeframe should be within 24 hours but it has been more than a week since I applied for account verification. Lost faith in this service and app.

Trying to register to this app but after entering my mobile number, it’s always saying “Something went wrong. We’re having difficulty trying to connect to the server. Please try again.” Considering I have a decent internet connection, this should work fine. Such a bad way to start this application. I hope they can fix this immediately.

App does not send real time update of verification and taking more than a week to verify

Application is not letting me create an account. When I accept thee terms and conditions, it goes on a loop and nothing happens.
