I cannot begin to describe it! Hold on to your mind, because this place will blow it! The Rip Ride Rockit rocked my world!

Great place with absolutely great rides and nice ice cold restaurants as well as ice cold buildings. Perfect for Florida’s extreme heat. Only negatives and that is huge negatives: the restroom is not clean at all and the Starbucks and Mel’a Drive Inn is dirty! Very dirty.

All employees have been super friendly. Kendall at the express pass was super helpful.

Adventure parks are very costly. I knew this in advance. I was hoping that there would be minimal wait times and that would make the experience worth it. It didn’t. On to the next ride. 😞

The app is great and work well. Wish there was some way to have Apple Wallet compatibility. There are times especially when I’m in the park, when I’m connected to WiFi, that it takes a while to load and holds up the main entrance or food/merch kiosks for discounts. Would be a great feature to implement ASAP

Stood in line for an attraction for an hour only for it to be delayed. The next ride it rained. Been here all day and only got to enjoy 2 rides.

When it works it’s fine but it’s spotty at best. But here’s a tip, if you’re trying to scan your ticket to get in and the app won’t load just stand there refreshing the app, eventually they’ll just let you in without scanning your ticket.

Not accurate on timeline. We were served an hour late. Fasted to order at counter. No reason to order through app.

Unlike Disney, this app doesn’t provide directions to destinations. Navigation is awkward & clunky. Not intuitive. ☹️

I would love to see app providing walking directions from location to selected rides/shows. This would help to expedite the process walk and enjoy the universal
