Uphold: Buy BTC, ETH and 360+

I initially deposited 50$ into XRP after which i tried to deposit 10$ into XLM, the transaction failed however it took money from my account , i tried contacting them and they didn't reply, i tried to deposit 10% again into DOGE and yet again it failed and it took my money

Uphold - Trade, Invest, Send Money is an awesome app. I love this app. So many of us use dollars for online shopping in different countries right?? This app gives you the opportunity to trade between your dollars and bitcoins and it is easy to use. Anyone can use this app easily. I recommend this app to everyone. I hope everyone will like it as well.

I love the interface, the simplicity, and the idea. I do NOT love the fact that my investments are locked in. There’s a list of Tier 4 currencies that can only be bought and sold, not transferred to another wallet. I’ve lost - and am losing - money by not being able to utilise my crypto investments through staking, all because Uphold doesn’t let me transfer these out. I asked about it on the customer support, and was given the same info that is in the FAQ. Very disappointed. Don’t use for building assets, just for storing.

They take so long to reply, and once they reply they copy paste wrong answer. They don’t even read. Not worth it to trust them with your investment

Just opened an account a few weeks ago and was learning how to buy crypto. Account was flagged and put under review with no warning or reason and only allowed to deposit more money but not withdraw or transfer my money!! I’ve read a lot online and they seem to never reply or leave your account under review! I will find out how to report this company and how to retrieve my $550 + . Be very careful if you are new to cryptocurrency this isn’t the place to learn.

I love that the app offers many coins that are not available on other exchanges and doing a transaction is smooth and simple. However, the it’s tiring to go back and forth between the Home and Markets tabs since the overview page of a coin does not show the amount you own. Home page shows the $$ amounts of your current investments but you have to switch to the Markets tab and find your coin to see the price history. (As a developer, please let us click/touch the icon/logo of a coin to direct us the coin’s overview page OR add a switch to change the graph from total value history to the price history. Just integrate this 2 pages please.) Now, you found your coin’s price history, and let’s say it went down $2 in the last 24 hours. You wonder at what price you bought it last time. You have to go back to the Home tab, find your coin and then check transactions. Is it there? Still no. Transaction details are a mess too. You have to do math to calculate your purchase value because it shows the price like this $1 = x.xx Coin, not $12.45 or $0.0154. (Please update the transaction details and include the exact purchase price point). Adding “All Time” option to all graphs is also needed. Please remove the 1s delay when a point on a graph is pressed and hold. Seeing the price/value on a specific date/time shouldn’t be this slow. I want to reorder my favorite coins on the list, but it’s removed from the list when I press and hold. It is an expected behavior for most lists nowadays. The list goes on and on.. The possibilities are endless. Improving the usability and accessibility is a must. Good luck!

I have seen two separate uphold accounts not answer why one cannot withdraw from their account(s). All they have done is protract out their answer. It has been very frustrating and unacceptable. Let’s figure this out immediately

Fees are ridiculous

Have a couple thousand tied up in an account that I’m getting no support to recover. I have my email and password written down but apparently is not correct…. When I try to reset password I receive no email prompt. They don’t answer support tickets and their only phone number is to leave a voicemail. Definitely a scam.

I deposited Steller from ledger to uphold and it never went in my ledger say transferred was complete but it doesn’t show in my uphold account.. I did forget the destination key but they should still be able to locate it it’s been almost two weeks and I keep getting a Bot telling me it under review..I also haven’t been able to move any funds around because my account is still under review.. I would’ve expected this app to be a little better and customer support more attentive..
