Terrible app
Every time I need to use the app to check my plan it always requires an update. Every single time. The app is always requiring some update that changes nothing. I’d delete it if i could check my data somewhere else

Too many updates, won’t let me use older version of app which can be annoying when I’m not on WiFi.
Something change over at USMobile. Been with them for years. Always quick chat and great service. Now I have issues at work and in certain places that I never did. Much harder to get someone to speak with. Left back to Tmobile
After 100GBs, it’s 100% game over. The speeds will be so terrible that it’ll drive you insane. You’ll feel like you have NO DATA connection whatsoever. I reached out to super and explained my use case and frustration and was tops there was nothing, literally nothing they could do. I was looking at going the entire next two months with out any ability to use my phone. No way. Unlimited is used as a means to hook the customer into thinking they’re getting unlimited, READ THE FINE PRINT. After 100GBs, you are 100% screwed. Overall, I had a pretty decent experience with US Mobile, UNTIL my situation occurred with the data. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I’m pro net neutrality. This company, is not. I came to US Mobile as a trial user. Glad I didn’t stay. No way would I contribute to the growth of a company who can’t help their customers in a tight situation. No. This is not how you do business. NO. Avoid this cellular company.
5 stars for the service this company provides! I have 5 bars of service all the time and I live out in the sticks and no phone company service was suffice until I found US Mobile. The data speeds are outrageously fast! So glad I stumbled upon this company one day, it’s been the best by far!
These tin-foil-hat software developers think they need to be more secure than the NSA and FBI so they FORCE UPDATES EVERY 2 WEEKS. Super annoying, no other app does that, not even banks. USMobile please stop smoking pot because it rots your brain and makes you paranoid.
I have had US Mobile now for about a year. I ported my number in and eventually ported 2 more lines in. Everything was flawless, customer service was kind and responsive. This is the total opposite of dealing with one of the big 3 carriers.
Had worst experience. I terminated a line but still get charged each month. Had cost 3 hours to do it. Waste of my time.
Not saying Usmobile is bad, but their IT is terrible. Both the website and the app have lots of bugs and issues. Very hard to port out.
The app is easy to navigate and to get ahold of customer service!!
