I love this app. It’s a great tool to use seniors. This way it lets me know if you feel like going to the mail box, lol. Thank you to all the postal workers & office staff that makes this possible. Blessings to all of you that get out in all this weather to make it happen, from the warehouse to the streets. Your safety is important. May your 2025 be filled with blessings overflowing. USPS under Louis DeJoy has become less dependable and less efficient. The postal workers are understaffed and set up to fail. In spite of the efforts of the Postmaster General, the USPS has degenerated. He is a dosgrace.

Typical government service. Slow, unreliable, mostly broken. Why isn’t SMS verification available? Can’t log in. Great work USPS

I love this app

5 items lost. One took 4 months to deliver. Never again. Fed ex. For ever.

My review is probably driven more off of USPS deliveries themselves… rarely on time… and when late, they default package status to “No Access” when they delivered envelopes the same day - stop lying, just offer a status staying the delay is because USPS is overwhelmed. As for the app itself, many times app does not offer true status and does not load items on list. The app needs to integrate the Informed Delivery site - not as a browser. In addition, USPS needs a real support option to open tickets for missing/late packages. Currently, the site will not easily allow one to report a missing package … probably due to the fact they know the package has been sent to an incorrect hub and know the package system needs help. However, I am very thankful for USPS, and packages always eventually arrive. I just want them to cleanup their act… I know they can do better. Good luck!

When I go to view my informed delivery, why do I have to open a browser and login to view these items when it should be available through the app?

When trying to login, it keeps giving me an error that says password not in excepted format, but doesn’t tell me what the format should be. I have copied the previous format and password exactly but it still doesn’t work. Typical government operation.

This doesn’t really seem to be an actual app, still takes you through the same steps every time you want to check your account to sign in as you would on the web.
