Don’t order anything from here. I ordered 2 serum and perfume was free with it. Order also shows 3 items. But when i opened package it has only 2. Perfume was missing. It was a mistake ordering from here. Hope this review helps me to reach support team 🙂

Totally useless app with lot of bugs.

App crash again and again in iPhone 14

The app is not working at all.. As soon as I open it, it closes on its own

Application crashes when I try to log in through main screen. If I’m skipping the log in screen and login by adding a product then it works fine. Please fix it

I order it something in that and not received product but I paid amount online. No refund no product

Unable to open app….. it crashes frequently

This is such a bad experience on 1st time . This is my first order and they didn’t deliver . The main thing is that this app is shown the information that my order is delivered . But I didn’t get my order yet . So I will never suggest this app to anyone. And the customer care service is also bad . Before 3 days I had share my problem but there is no reply from ustraa side . And I’ll definitely give the worst and poor rating . And I don’t give any star to this app .

No one is responsible for the chat support. I am chatting with one customer support executive, he left the chat in between. Then 2nd, 3rd and 4th executive came in, all left the chat without solving the issue.

I ordered After Dark Cologne in the offer of B1G1 and the perfume which came looked like second hand. The bottle had scratches and the logo was faded off. The spray cap was also spilling. I called and mailed the team for the replacement but they say that our team will contact you and up till now, there’s no support provided. I will suggest ya’ll to beware of this brand products. I feel they are clearing their old inventory. Please don’t fall under the trap.
