Unable to open app….. it crashes frequently
This is such a bad experience on 1st time . This is my first order and they didn’t deliver . The main thing is that this app is shown the information that my order is delivered . But I didn’t get my order yet . So I will never suggest this app to anyone. And the customer care service is also bad . Before 3 days I had share my problem but there is no reply from ustraa side . And I’ll definitely give the worst and poor rating . And I don’t give any star to this app .
No one is responsible for the chat support. I am chatting with one customer support executive, he left the chat in between. Then 2nd, 3rd and 4th executive came in, all left the chat without solving the issue.
I ordered After Dark Cologne in the offer of B1G1 and the perfume which came looked like second hand. The bottle had scratches and the logo was faded off. The spray cap was also spilling. I called and mailed the team for the replacement but they say that our team will contact you and up till now, there’s no support provided. I will suggest ya’ll to beware of this brand products. I feel they are clearing their old inventory. Please don’t fall under the trap.
Don’t order the products when they advertise on social media. They will show the offers as buy 1 get 1 free but you will only receive single product. They are so so so cheap. Didn’t expected this thing for USTRAA. The worst experience i have ever had

These guys taking too much time to deliver your order, these guys takes more than 5 days to deliver your order of Delhi / NCR locations as well, these guys using third class courier service the name is Xpressbees, If you guys request to support team regarding the same and expects they will helps you to get the product on time so you are wrong, I placed two order from USTRAA app these my first or last order, Order id is 2002123182 & 2002122723, Batter way you guys buy from the other source, Like amazon, flipkart & your local shop as well, Because I’m very disappointed with the support team delivery service as well, I’m going to uninstall the app right now.
Fake product
Adding products to the cart. No product is showing there. Same error in website as well in your App. Very bad interface.
