Good App But needs improvements
This is a really good app. It have all the necessary features.But there is plenty of room for improvements. 1. The app opening time is bit longer. We need to wait for 3-5 secs to get the app opened. 2. Even after registering for bill payments, we are not getting any notifications for new bills that is generated. 3. The app is bit laggy which is ruining the overall experience. 4. The is no option to increase or decrease the IB/MB transfer limits. 5. Beneficiary addition takes 4 hours. This needs to be reduced considerably or there must be a way to do immediate payment upto a certain limit like 2 lakh which is available in other banks. 6. No option for ASBA. 7. UI needs to be improved. 8. Must incorporate UPI functionality in this app rather than maintaining separate UPI app. 9. There is no option to share the transfer receipt to another person. 10. We are unable to view the complete fund transfer details of a particular transaction by just clicking on the transaction shown in the transaction history. 11. There is an option to change maturity instructions in FD menu. But this option is not working.
