Pros: Fast and prompt in seeking payment for brokerage and custody fees. It was reflected almost immediately the next day. I don’t need to call the broker to put up a trade. Cons: For stock split, you have to DIY yourself on the desktop interface. For stock moving to another stock exchange, you have to DIY yourself on the interface. Almost everything had to be updated manually. Once the trade is done, don’t expect the app to update anything else for you.

Clunky, jarring UX across devices

This v.2.18 is really amateurish and slow to response. It’s a far cry from POEM or IFAST systems. In fact the older version or the original UTrade is far better and faster to response. 👎

Despite having a long presence in Singapore trading scene. The mobile app is one of the worst user experience compare to other foreign trading apps. Why can’t UOB improvise their trading app? The current design and app looks like in the early 2000s.

Bad upgrade, with Apps lack of testing… login being prompt to update to new version… after update keep prompting incorrect password!!!
