Clunky, jarring UX across devices

Version 2.18

This v.2.18 is really amateurish and slow to response. It’s a far cry from POEM or IFAST systems. In fact the older version or the original UTrade is far better and faster to response. 👎

Please change your UI/UX team

Despite having a long presence in Singapore trading scene. The mobile app is one of the worst user experience compare to other foreign trading apps. Why can’t UOB improvise their trading app? The current design and app looks like in the early 2000s.

its really terrible, 0 care. Its like windows 95 freeware. Not acceptable coming from big bank in 2023.

Bad upgrade, with Apps lack of testing

Bad upgrade, with Apps lack of testing… login being prompt to update to new version… after update keep prompting incorrect password!!!

App is not working

Stuck at reloading cache for the longest time and cant even log in. Pls fix the issue

Problem after updating app

Just updated the app. Unable to open the app after updating it. Is it suppose to remove bugs after the updates or make it less functionable?
