Urgently need this app working on a computer please, lost some jobs because I mostly work with v380 pro and they limit computer access I have to go through back doors to put v380 on a huge monitor please fix this and make our lives better thank you !

Well done Team. Previous cloud storage should be accessible when camera is not on. Imagine if an intruder goes with the camera, does it mean cloud storage will be inaccessible? So what’s the use of the camera after all? Also, make previous cloud storage file available even after subscription expires. This will make more sense. JP
I am unable to access cloud recording. It’s a live app and you cannot access playback
I was comfortable with the app until I upgraded it to the newest version 😡 login error I can’t login to the camera even when I reset the camera it keep requesting for login after inputting the correct login details it still shows login errors 😡

Your app is perfect and the camera is perfect too but the payment method is a big problem. Pls add another payment option cos paypal is a big problem here for us in Nigeria, it’s rejecting all my debit cards. This memory card storage is not reliable pls do something about this asap
I bought V380pro camera, I connected it to my iPhone through WiFi and used it for 24hrs is no longer showing up on my phone WiFi network. Each time I tried connecting to WiFi it always write invalid username or password. What could be the issue and how to fix it!

REVIEW UPDATE: The issue has been fixed now and I can view the camera on full screen. Thank you for your prompt response. Love the app and love you guys!!! My app works fine. But I noticed that since I updated my iPhone to the new iOS 16 I’ve been unable to view the camera on full screen. When will the developers of the app make an update that fixes this please?
