It took a while to set up but eventually after giving up lots I got there. The live view is great but it doesn’t send alarm notifications nor can I get it to record when detecting motion only when I press record. It was cheap. It does the job

Problems with connecting devices. Once connected not bad. Busy with second device now. Can’t connect to lan. Can’t connect to wifi and screen freezes. Woman irritating voice over and over super loud telling me device not connected.

No messages about alarm since upgrade please fix the problem. WHAT ADVERTISEMENTS !!! Still no messages about alarm shocking customer service paid for this camera and no support ! 23/2/21 1 year with no pop up messages. You need to upgrade App to suit ios 14.4.

I can not see the playback and can you plz update the software

You get what you pay for. I got this camer going the first time we had a short power interruption during some rain . Which was approx two months ago and I can’t get it back up and running again properly. It’s frustrating and I’m sick and tired of trying to get it too work! It works good as a light and that’s about all.

This isn’t so bad as the other comment. Took ages to set up though and wasn’t straight forward. Doesn’t message my fone with an alert when activated which is disappointing, but the camera and infra red works fine on my model. I wish it messaged my mobile with a SMS when it activated tho. That is a let down. Maybe you can update the software to do this???

After buying the camera i went to download the app and read all these reviews and i got a bit thrown off. After downloading the app and going through the steps , this camera really isnt as bad as everyones making it out to be. For the price i paid i got exactly what i expected. The instructions for setting it up to the app confused me a bit was it was really only a few steps. For me it works perfect when im not at home and i can view on my phone from work. I also like how it still has the same image quality when viewing in low-light. I havent tried all the features it offers like the arming it, so i dont know how well that works

Poor incomprehensible instructions. No support. Features unclear. App keeps freezing. A complete waste of money

What is the use of a security camera if you have to sit in the room with it to make it work With your phone I thought the idea was to be able to go away
