Hello how can i connect if im outside the countey and they are in philippines

Not reliable keeps disconnecting and showing the camera as offline and then it will work for an hour and stop working for few hours. Not to be used for a serious task such as a business or baby monitoring.

I have had my camera for a week now and it’s okay, I mean I can see what’s out front. But one thing I don’t like is it won’t take screen shots and it won’t record for some reason. I’ve went threw the settings and set it to auto record but still nothing. Also wish the quality was better but for the price it’s not bad.

Need to be able to record from my pc

Despite my efforts to date I still can’t get the camera to save anything to the card. I like the HD view but would like to be able to see camera on windows laptop and smart tv’s

It works but the ads are so out of hand it takes forever to be able to view your camera and slows everything down

1. Please release windows app or web app version. 2. How can I monitor from different devices?

Please the turn on sound is not good! The essence of putting a camera is for people not to notice but when is turned on it notify people which is wrong!
