Hello, i have a technical error in the ValU app whenever i try to make a digital transfer on Sha2labaz and choose Telda or ValU prepaid card, I get to the last step which is the SMS OTP confirmation and then when i enter the OTP and error appears which is “Something went wrong” i tried more than once and reinstalled the app and made sure its updated to the last version and also tried the airplane mode method and cleared the app cache memory but still it didn’t work for both the invoice now or invoice later methods. Thank you.

The app most of the time told me that something went wrong, which is uncomfortable, i don’t know what is or where the wrong? Is it related to the app itself or it’s related to my account! If you can support me to resolve this issue, it will be helpful and appreciated

App crashes, never completes taking the payment from the first attempt and causes hold for the amount with the bank

بناءا عن ايه احنا كدا بنتأخر في الدفع لإنه وسيلة سهلة نرجو تسهيل التعاملات اكثر من ذلك

customer service is almost non-existent and there is no way to get ahold of anyone most of the time, nothing on the "help" section on the app is helpful, just a bunch of unrelated automatic responses, call service can stretch to 50 mins waiting with no response and then they hang up the phone and ask you to send an email, the email tells you to head to the help section on the app, the help section on the app tells you to call, and the cycle goes on.
