A disgrace for a service!
First of all i would lime to say that i have been using valu for over a year now and clearly they only care for the company and not the consumer what so ever! They blocked my account for no reason and only demands to pay-up the monthly dues and not to make any further purchases after granting them 7%+ intrest rate for over a year now. They did not inform me that they will do so and their customer service agent simply told me if you don't like it just leave us. And now they are avoiding me completly over all their contacts. So simply i have filed a report for the consumer protection agency in Egypt and i will be hearing from them soon. Have a nice time toying with your customers around more.
