Sense the last update everything is not responding and the menu is absolutely broken after I sign in I can’t do anything

ابلكيشن ثاندر يا جماعه خدمه سيئه جدا مشترك في الباقه علشان اعرف كميه العروض والطلبات والسعر اللحظي بدايه اليوم الشاشه دي اتقفلت في بدايه نزول الاسهم وطبعا لو جيت تبيع مش هتعرف ليه علشان الاسهم بتبقي تحت التسويه لمده يومين لو مش مشترك ف الباقه انما لو مشترك ليك حريه البيع خلال الجلسه او تاني يوم عادي بس كل دا ملوش لازمه علشان عادي تبقي مشترك ويقفلو عليك الشاشه علشان تقعد تتفرج علي الاسهم بتاعتك وهي نازله تشرب من البحر

I’ve been enjoying this app for the past 4 months and I’ve been making steady profits until I started noticing that when it comes to selling, the current price as well as the glamours profit that you see having risen 4-8 percent will not always be the actual. It’s tricky and misleading to show the ask price on the main dashboard and not the actual/bidding price. Hope the team behind this amazing app fix this or raise some awareness about it

The App responsiveness is very slow and the latency is a bit high. Also needed customer support, sent them message and they didn't not get back for an entire day.

System always down No customer service at time Not recommended for beginners

التطبيق كنت بدات احبه ولاكن بعد المشاكل اللى حصلت ف التهنيج بدات افكر اخرج منه

good app however initial transfer took a long time to show up in the account, it did eventually show up after calling customer service a few times

I spoke to one of there customer support on chat and he ensured me that the money I will transfer will show up in my thndr wallet in 24 hrs I did the transfer and the next day the money didn’t show up I contacted them again and they said it will take 3 days . I did the recharge on Monday and still no money in my thndr wallet. They scammers and liars and I highly don’t recommend.

I am happy using Thndr app, and grateful for their efforts to provide us with needed information, my only couple of concerns are the chat service respond should be within few minutes not hours and the price movement should be more live to determine when to buy or sell more accurately. Thanks
