Vance: Money Transfer to India

One of the worst app to transfer money overseas. Don’t get into trap just because of google rates. My money got stuck for 2-3 days. I wanted to send money urgently but it got stuck They have worst customer support

Works as described! Love the transparency in rates provided. Would recommend it to all my NRI friends who regularly send money to India!

I had done 5+ transactions all are completed. Only the issue I faced is time to transfer the amount to the receiver account. Some time I need have chat with customer support. But yeah money is in after the little delay.

Transfer takes usually on an average 2-3 days whereas there are other faster modes available. They run promotions which are nothing but scams. I referred couple of folks they made transfers and I did not receive any assured credits. Next, they ran a gift sending promotion it’s been more than 4-5 months there gift reached to god but not to my friend. In both cases customer care assured to do nothing. So choose wisely don’t fall into promotional gimmicks

I sent 3000 AED 17 days ago and money was deducted from my bank account. But it’s not credited yet to my Indian account. Tried reaching to the customer care email and absolutely no response at all. Very frustrating and disappointing service. Now I don’t know how to my money back.

I have send money for emergency but due to the technical glitch taken long time to return my money also not good customer support

Stay away from this app. Whenever you are transferring your money, you need support if something is stuck or taking time. This app will not give you that. Please use some conventional app and stay away from this. Never use this app in case of emergency for sure. No matter how catchy the rates are.

I had sent amount to India 4 days back and it has still not been credited to my India account Everytime i follow up on chat support but to no avail its just a waste of time

I am new to this App and am making my second transaction of transfer but have been very disappointed. The amount got deducted from my UAE account and the status of transfer is still in process after 3 days. The rates are not the only important criteria, speed also matters to which I would say, if your need is urgent, look elsewhere. I tried reaching their chat function but I really doubt if there are humans at the other side for support. Have sent an email hoping for a response, awaiting response. Overall quite Disappointed!

This is an worst money transfer application i ever used. My money not received after two days. Support team was very poor
