Easy to operate

The application is well thought out and works perfectly, but it has some essential shortcomings. Unfortunately, it lacks an option in which you can see a history with the activity of the windows and blinds throughout the day and night or the battery charge level, and the application is not optimized for the night mode, the white during the day is perfect, but in the evening or in the dark it bothers the eyes a lot. These are important things and would prove that the VELUX window manufacturer is attentive to its customers.

No choices allowed - of ANY kind. No settings of any kind. I bought with 1000€ a window that actually do less than I was able to program in my 9th grade. I would highly recommend to any future buyer of Velux to buy NOT the software and any kind of automation from Velux - is a waste of money and definitely a source of frustration. 1/10

Very simple and intelligent system for Velux windows. Recommand 100%

The app and the automation works as it should, but there is room for improvement. For example: if the window is equiped with a solar motor that also has a rain sensor, one would get the notification that velux is airing your room, but this in fact does not happen if it is raining. Also, i would make possible to change the time for airing the room, now the values are fixed, the minimum one is every 3 hours, i would like 2, or maybe every hour...Another improvement might be to be able to use the lock pad for other scenarios in apple home or ifttt.

App keeps loosing contact to windows, I have to reset windows every few days if I want the app to control them.

Wir haben bei uns vorher mehrere dieser Touch Control Panels (kleine Displays) zum steuern der Fenster und Rollos gehabt. Hier aber das Problem das die Batterien ständig leer waren oder 2/5 irgendwann kaputt gegangen sind (nicht mehr einschaltbar). Eine Lösung musste her. Gesagt getan und recherchiert und auf dieses App Control System gestoßen. Direkt bestellt. Bei der Einrichtung gab es ein paar kleiner Problemchen, kann aber an der Netzwerkstärke gelegen haben, daher kein Sternabzug. Anderes Plätzchen gesucht und seit dem läuft es (zumindest bis jetzt) perfekt. Steuerbar aus dem ganzen Haus, wunderbar! Von unterwegs nicht getestet, ist mir aber auch Wurst. Einen Wunsch hätte ich aber noch, dass man beim Lüften entweder angeben kann, wie weit die Fenster aufgehen sollen (nicht nur 50% sondern beispielsweise auch 100% sollte möglich sein) oder eine Funktion in der man alle Räume (Fenster und Rollos) gleichzeitig anwählen kann, wie bei der Touch Control. Aktuell muss man jeden Raum einzeln anwählen und dann komplett (100%) öffnen. (Eventuell gibt es diese Funktion schon. Wenn ja, habe ich sie noch nicht gefunden) Wenn die Funktion eingebunden ist, gibt es 5*.
