VIEWBUG - Photography

When I downloaded this app for the first ten days I was given rewards and I kept ongoing getting gifts and followers and “MESSAGES FROM THE DEVELOPERS saying stuff like this photo is awesome than after the first ten days I got nothing absaloutley nothing. And it seems to be all the people that have a membership for the app have more followers like there was someone who just stood in different places and he has 35k followers and yes he was premium . Pretty much I think this app is rigged and filled with bots its a waste of your time .

I being doing app for a while now I have quite a few awards but I haven’t been chosen to win any good prizes my photos are not good enough to win like other people I only use my phone I don’t have a studio. Or fancy top of the range camera 😔😔😔😔 I stoped showing my photos to try and win 🏆 I know I am just going to have a choice at all I love to win big prizes but am not good enough

Love the app… but get rid of the constant “enable push notifications” banner. It’s there every time I open the app after closing it! GET RID OF IT! Stop forcing people into stuff they don’t want.

Hi I am having endless problems trying retrieve my account after changing my phone and my email address I have no access to my old email and would greatly appreciate some help from the VIEWBUG team to do this as I don’t want to start from the beginning again after so many years, I’ve tried sending an email with no response, I can see my account and look at my photos but can’t claim it as my own account HELP please

I discovered VIEWBUG whilst looking for something else on the App Store. I downloaded it, liked it but quickly realised I would need to upgrade to the PRO version. $39.99 was quoted, which seemed a little steep but, as a UK user, I was expecting to pay the appropriate exchange rate. Was therefore pretty annoyed to find that I had been charged £39.99. $39.99 does not = £39.99. Non US users therefore seem to get overcharged. The app seems a little clunky. It doesn’t load or update without refreshing the page. Information about rewards is limited. I changed my preferences to get notification by text but am getting lots of emails. Although I have updated to PRO the promised 500 coins have not been added to my account. I decided to check whether VIEWBUG was also a website as well as an app, and was pleased to find that it is. The website seems far less clunky and has much better functionality. Although I prefer viewing images on my iPad, I will probably use my laptop when using VIEWBUG. Portrait-style apps are so annoying to use on an iPad. Am I enjoying using VIEWBUG? Yes, I am. Would I recommend it to friends? Not yet. The above issues would prevent me doing so.

Love this app no pressure to join anything . Been on it for years now and absolutely love that you can do it all in your own time .

I used to really enjoy this app, it since the last update I can’t even sign in either using my email address or Facebook, it’s broken

I don’t pay for the full version as it makes me choose the best of my images which in turn hopefully will make me a better photographer. It is easy to use and friendly

I have opted for the Pro membership with free trial as advertised! It was 7 days free trial, my card was charged for the full amount within 2 days!!!! I had 2 emails to say they want to keep me on their network to offer me 3 months free - I have a proof of all emails- after I replied no thank you, then my email was ignored for another week, after week of me chasing for refund they finally responded yesterday to say refund was processed and will appear within few working days! Another email received today, to say they cannot issue refund and I need to request through APPLE!!!! THEY KNEW I won’t be able to claim through Apple after 14 days!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Now reporting it to APPLE as a scam!!! Misleading marketing rules, charged whilst on free trial!!!!

You unsubscribe from their emails and they keep spamming many times a day! Beware, you block and they change their email and continue spamming! !
