I’m cannot access my old account. I put in my username to reset my email. I received an email and could not reset it. I was told through emailing them that I don’t have an account with that email even though I received it using my username. I cannot get a hold of a person and my credit card was charged when I haven’t accessed it in a couple years after canceling. I have tried to contact them many different ways to resolve this. I’m opening a credit card dispute.
Just download the app a few days ago and bought the pro plus membership. However, I don’t have access to pro plus and can’t log in to the app. The transaction cleared my bank the same day I bought the membership. WTH
I used to love this app! But it logged me out and went log back in. It keeps telling me an error has occurred. It’s hard to use an app that won’t even log you in.
I love using Viewbug! Great community with a variety of challenges available to sharpen any photographer regardless of experience. Only thing I wish for is that Viewbug was viewable in landscape orientation. I use my iPad primarily as a second laptop, so an option to use it in landscape mode or have it rotate automatically would be nice!
This App’s layout and functionality needs some serious help. I enjoy the communal aspect but the navigation is completely confusing, ambiguous and not at all user-friendly. Good luck remembering how you got to somewhere before. None of it makes sense. It a true challenge. It doesn’t even swap between vertical and horizontal mode on an iPad. You’re stuck with an awkward “vertical.”
I purchased the ultimate membership plan on March 21,2024. I have yet to see the membership in my account. I’ve sent 4 emails regarding this. I tried contacting them on the telephone and it’s just a message that directs me to their email. I guess I’ll now have to contact my credit card to get them involved. Scam

What contests are available are nice but the overwhelming majority are locked unless you pay for a membership, so I installed it.
The community of photographers at Viewbug is fantastic. Excellent professionals all around, posting photos, sharing insights, and generally being supportive of one another creates an amazing sense of community that is integrated and wholesome. Shame the same can't be said about the app. Viewbug's app is, for lack of a better term, busted. Basic functionality like being able to view your likes and comments is missing, constant crashes will dump you out to the main screen with zero warning, and simple things like accessing your private messages is so broken you might as well just do it on the website. Until the app is fixed, these issues will persist and continue to cripple what would otherwise be an outstanding experience. At this point, I simply cannot recommend it.
I used to do a lot of photography. I even had a darkroom years ago. I enjoy being able to share my art and view others. PLEASE STOP WITH THE INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE THAT I CANNOT CLOSE.
