The website is not user friendly. I finally figured it out

Like the casual style and comfort of shoes as well , a nice brand of quality

It just took me about 80 taps to complete my order instead of what would have been about 3 taps to pay with Apple Pay. Just charge me more if you have to, you’re a premium brand, it’s not like you’re Old Navy or something. Update with Apple Pay and I’ll improve my review stars.

The App was glitching when I was trying pay for my online purchase. I was trying to choose a shipping option, but it wouldn’t allow me to. I had to go to my laptop to create an account at Vince.com and then go back to the app and sign into my newly created account to be able to proceed with a shipping option and complete my order.

Apple card is an easy way to pay and very convenient for customers. I am not planning to buy anything else until Vince store implements an apple card as payment. Hopefully, Vince will catch up with modern payment ways...

All the all the sale items were SOLD. WHY FONT THEY DELETE? Very frustrating

I have an entire Vince wardrobe dating back many years and I couldn't live without it - at least I couldn't live HAPPILY without it!!!

I have found it almost impossible to find the drop-down menu so that I can easily browse a category. I know it exists because I stumbled on it once. Perplexing why app developer made it so hard to locate products!

Website didn’t ping me that one item was out of stock, and they halted rest of my order completely. Grrr.
