Apple Wallet integration for boarding pass is broken, no place to report this bug

I am very happy with virgin and the service is amazing . I am disappointed that i could not upgrade online and was told thst because i booked through a travel agent in Israel it was not possible. I find this to be ridiculous.

Total crap, starting from registration. Idiotic password rules which are not even written (need to click barely visible (i) icon to see), so you try choose the password several times. Then, when you finally succeed and enter all your details, including moronic security questions (it’s 2022, not 2002), you get an error “Unable to process your request G012”. Just sad.

App won't export details to Apple wallet. App doesn't show booking as a whole, but rather each direction separately...

Very unfriendly

Used to be a great app but doesn't work anymore. Such a shame.

If you have my details on record and have asked me to check in then don’t ask for my details again

I downloaded this app at the beginning of the year and have used it for multiple flight bookings, it worked perfectly all those times! Suddenly on my most recent booking, after booking the flight and picking seats etc, it has stopped working. It won’t load up the page with the info my upcoming flight so I can’t make any amendments to that flight. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and now it won’t log in at all but I can log in on web browser onto the VA website. Very disappointing.

Don’t know if it’s just my account but this app has a massive problem with infinite loading spinners. The first two tabs (selling you stuff) work fine. The next two tabs (supporting your journey once you’ve paid) do not work at all. As an app developer I know it’s probably the creaking backends rather than the app but at least handle failures gracefully! Virgin Atlantic, please fix!
