App kept timing out randomly

Best airline I have flown with so far. Thorough and so friendly.. would highly recommend

I know Virgin Atlantic as a "tech-savvy" company. But guys, web views in iOS 7 app? Oh yes, it isn't even iOS 7 app, you forgot to update it. I'll give 2-3 stars for web views instead of native UI but I wasn't able to sign up at all with "other" nationality. Your extended nationality page just doesn't work. If you wish to reply me - drop a line to alexey at appuchino.ie, I know it is pain that you can't reply reviews...

Unfortunate wording for an airline app but there you go. Opens for a few seconds then crashes. Don't bother.

Used to be a great app but doesn't work anymore. Such a shame.

I downloaded this app at the beginning of the year and have used it for multiple flight bookings, it worked perfectly all those times! Suddenly on my most recent booking, after booking the flight and picking seats etc, it has stopped working. It won’t load up the page with the info my upcoming flight so I can’t make any amendments to that flight. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and now it won’t log in at all but I can log in on web browser onto the VA website. Very disappointing.

Don’t know if it’s just my account but this app has a massive problem with infinite loading spinners. The first two tabs (selling you stuff) work fine. The next two tabs (supporting your journey once you’ve paid) do not work at all. As an app developer I know it’s probably the creaking backends rather than the app but at least handle failures gracefully! Virgin Atlantic, please fix!
