Since the update was installed, this app crashes more than Lewis Hamilton. It always happens in Casino. You can delete all cookies/data then open it and voila, it does the same. Punters will leave in droves if this bug isn’t fixed. It used to crash occasionally before the update, but now is worse than ever. The only thing that has speeded up is the deposit/withdrawal process. Please give your head a shake Virgin!

The new update is dreadful. App keeps crashing/freezing. Search for the Phoenix has gone and according to the email, we were meant to get a bonus after the update; yet nothing. Whatever you have done to this app, it’s certainly not for the better!
