Work on your app improvements,improve your app at like 3am cause I can’t do anything sometimes at night

The app was working great but as of late I have to disconnect and reconnect daily for my activity to sync. I’ve tried closing everything and even turning off my iPhone but it still isn’t automatically syncing.

Update 8/9/2024. The app is not accurately syncing my steps or activity with it used to sync immediately, now it syncs at 5 at night-if at all. Both apps are up to date and it syncs properly with VP Transform-so that tells me that there is an issue with VP. Please fix it. Others have complained too Once again, for no apparent reason, the app did not redirect to my employer’s site based on my email address. It feels like because VP has cornered the market in the employer/employee fitness space, they make no effort to ensure that the app is reliable and works consistently. Very frustrating.

Update: opens now but syncs my steps from Fitbit but not my sleep. In order to track sleep I have to disconnect and reconnect EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not working since update. Won’t even open.

It robs me of my points often , doesn’t accurately pull steps data from health app.crashes often

I connected my Apple health to the Virgin Pulse app however, they neglected to tell me I have to login to Virgin Pulse weekly (according to their instructions) for my data to upload. since now, I am missing six months worth of data. I won't get my $200 reward from my employer. Paul should work on making things easier and providing adequate instructions. Not burying information in an FAQ. This review was upgraded from one started to star because they had support beyond a chat bot.

Since the discontinuation of Apple Watch compatibility I cannot track my activities and has made this app less enjoyable. I am not willing to purchase another fitness tracker.

Sleep tracking for 20 points doesn’t work. Neither does the 30 active minutes for 100 points. I have it synced to my Apple Watch and the app shows I have more than 60 active minutes every day but it does not properly award the 100 points. Frustrating to say the least.

Too much time spent on line to get a small amount of$.

I have a reminder set in the app to go off at 9am every day to remind me to do my cards and stats, but it never goes off. I have to remember myself. Ironically when I do, later in the day the reminder pops up telling me to do my cards but I’ve already done them. Made me miss out on some benefits from my company because of it.
