Company stopped sponsoring. Makes app and device useless. Put in bin and delete app. Can’t find a way to use it.

A great motivation and helps me track activity as well as improve my overall well-being.

In only 3 months that I’ve been using the app, I’ve managed to improve my sleeping habits, both in quality and length (I went from average 5hr to 7hr sleep, falling asleep right away, keeping my devices out of the bedroom, and reduce my back pain significantly). I’ve also increased my daily exercise by tracking my steps, whilst competing with my colleagues. The content is truly useful, concise and relevant. It’s also provided to us in a subtle manner, which I highly appreciate.

Wrong password... When I press the ‚Password firgotten“ Button: Hoppla, Mistgabel/error...

Syncing between my garmin and the app keeps on having issues- which takes the entire fun out of it.
