Downloaded this app in France to help navigate between Tesla chargers so used the filter to find compatible charges that didn’t need a RFID tag. First one took us to a charger that was in a secure compound of a hire car company carpark that according to the app was public access which it wasn’t. Thought this is just bad luck, second one drove 40mims to find it was inside a MOT test station lol. Our experience was so bad it’s laughable.

Down loaded app didn’t get confirm email used a difrent email and confirmed then couldn’t log in, when to charge car in Windsor and directions took to car park with barrier, used intercom but no one answered, could no proceed with journey to get charged. Deleted app and used shell garage instead.

I can’t find the place I want to charge. Map search doesn’t work. Map doesn’t work. They even want a monthly payment for doing nothing.

As the title suggests, tried twice, verified with my banking App and confirmed with charging App to be told I was unsuccessful. Gave up!

Terrible pricing model, total ripoff. Don’t bother with Helen, there are many better networks out there

Jos vain voit niin älä käytä. Taas oli auto 2,5 h latauksessa ja äppi pyöri. 0kwh ladattu. Itseasiassa äppi pyörii edelleen eikä lopeta latausta niin en pääse muualle Virran omistamiin pisteihin lataamaan. Niin susi surkea että kierrä kaukaa.

Pudottanut pois appistä, kun kirjaudut uudelleen, pudottaa taas pois! Ei pääse lataamaan autoa tägillä eikä appillä
