Better health starts with better sleep.
We provide various digital tools to help you fall asleep quickly, feel at peace throughout the night, and feel restored and ready to tackle the day every morning. Use Body Scan before bed to sleep soundly, Morning Sunlight Viewing when you get up to kickstart the day, and NSDR when you need a quick nap during your hectic schedules.
**Lower stress and anxiety levels**
We all go through stress. And with the Virtusan App, we’ve built various digital protocols to help you stay mentally resilient.
There are a handful of meditations narrated by mindfulness expert—Dr. Shauna Shapiro, to help you find peace of mind. On top of that, use the breathing protocol, Physiological Sigh, guided by Dr. Andrew Huberman, whenever stress strikes and you need to decompress on the spot.
**Physical Health and Performance**
Once you feel right and are sleeping tight, we want to help you enhance your health and performance, both physically and mentally.
Use protocols such as 40 Hz to improve your concentration throughout the day. Daily Hydration is there to keep you hydrated throughout the day. And, of course, the NSDR, our most popular protocol, can trigger neuroplasticity and help you improve your learning—at whatever you do.

On top of our protocols, we have 200+ pieces of content you can freely watch and learn—about improving your wellbeing. We've covered numerous topics, from neuroplasticity and longevity to performance and nutrition, curated by top scientists such as Andrew Huberman, David Sinclair, Shauna Shapiro, and Michael Reid. They range from quick, 2-minute episodes to help you learn more about nutrition or neuroscience in digestible chunks—to hour-long podcast episodes for you to peruse and dive deep into various health-related topics.

i was excited that every practice became free so i wanted to try out things like the micronutrient stuff and try the "huberman student routine" but i literally have no idea what happened to them

My dietitian recommended Dr Andrew Huberman to me a few weeks ago which quickly lead me to discovering this app. I’ve been trying to get myself into regular meditation, get on the Wim Hof bandwagon, care for my wellbeing and maintain self-compassion for years. I’d do it for a few days or weeks then let it slide. I’ve been using this app for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! With the mini-lesson videos attached to each activity, it now makes all those years of meditation classes, Wim Hof techniques, yogic breathing techniques, etc. make so much sense, giving me the big enough ‘why’ I need to stay committed to the practice. As someone with severe ADHD and Autism and chronic stress challenges, discovering this app has been an absolute godsend.

Great idea but app not for me

I was hoping to find a replacement to Jillian Michael’s app for a more scientific approach but I don’t think it’s for me. The workouts don’t play as videos for the whole sequence of sets which means you have to use timers and count, what I can see on my phone screen cuts off images and count downs on the demos and the instructions are a bit vague and unclear. I went through 3 sets of the resistance program in under 20 minutes so I’d like to know where I went wrong. Does not appear to sync with Apple Fitness either so I would need to run a manual workout on that too. Hope they might consider modifying this user experience for people like me who just want to jump in and benefit from “coaching” through full workouts and syncing across apps. Love the idea and the contributors - please make a more seamless and time customizable experience for those of us who don’t have an hour every day to workout - PLEASE?

great app!!! i love the nsdr protocol its very relaxing and helps me get some rest without having to actually go to sleep. i wish there was more to this app like supplements or good foods to eat that i could add to my routine. i also wish there was just more protocols to listen to or tools to improve general health

Note for Devs/content team: In the middle of the 30-minute NSDR session, there is a slight, but certainly noticeable editing error. There is a line that needs to be taken out. That line is between 20:09 and 20:22. • Rather than, ‘line of illumination’ he accidentally says, ‘line of eliminate’ • This error was noticed and corrected in the following line. — Therefore, the only change needed to be made is simply editing out the portion I have indicated. ***This is certainly a small, understandable error that anyone could make. That said, it certainly can take you out of your NSDR state. Considering this falls under a “paid” portion of the app, as well as the simplicity of the issue, I would hope this gets resolved quickly. — When see this change has occurred, I will certainly update my star review from 4 to 5 as well as replace this written review with all the the portions of this app that I deeply enjoy.
