It is not working the password recovery basically i can’t use it

Unable to login on Iphone 12 mini. because I can't see the fields, the keyboard overlaps, there is no way to scroll the screen.

Would love same features like priority pass such as apple wallet support

My credit card told me (weeks after the event) that the original lounge pass would be cancelled and we have to register with this VAC outfit instead. So I tried to register and got a message that my card doesn’t allow free access to the program. So either my bank is lying or the app is. Waste of time.

I got transferred from another airport lounge service and after spending hours activating this service, installing the app every 2 weeks, logging in all the time because can’t retain username and password, when the time came to be used it didn’t work. I’m in the Brisbane Airport and they told me that I can’t use the lounge because I’m not eligible. 😒😒 so useless.

Não recupera senha

Criei cadastro no site (via computador) mas quando vou no app, ele não reconhece a senha. Fiz alteração, mas ele continua não aceitando. Diz que a senha esta errada. Lamentavel

Não reconhece cartão e pop up bloqueia o uso ou tentativa de qualquer ação, péssimo app.

O app diz que a senha está errrada o tempo todo. Faço uma senha nova e o app diz que está errada. Deixo o iPhone sugerir uma senha forte e ainda assim o app diz que está errado!! Básico do básico…

Awful app. Confusing, cumbersome and full of glitches. If you have 2 cards, beware!!! It will throw off the app completely. Slow and inadequate support by Visa.
