App Is useless. I can’t choose my seats., I can’t contact a human to get assistance. Really dissatisfied with the App and the LATAM Airline.

Desde el 26 de agosto estoy esperando que me hagan la devolución de un mal cobro. Desde hace MESES estoy aguardando a que se dignen a solucionar un problema ocasionado por su sistema y en el mientras tanto no me responden los mails, por redes sociales me dan plazos ficticios y no me brindan un seguimiento decente. Son un desastre!!!!!!!!!!! Realmente la peor experiencia con una aerolínea que he tenido

La app no funciona hace semanas. Actualizada a la ultima versión y aun así no funciona, no carga la información.

The add to calendar option isn’t working. It initially requested permission to access the calendar and, despite granting it permission, it didn’t continue with adding the trip details and doesn’t do anything when clicking on it despite restarting the app. Also, the app sometimes logs you out when you’re purchasing a ticket, making it very time consuming to buy through the app.

The Lyons app is very convenient and allows you to carry all of your information in the app. Highly recommend.
