Cellular carriers are pretty much universally awful. I thought I’d found the exception w Visible. Great price, good signal, and when I first signed up, great customer service. Sadly they have declined, especially since Verizon bought them. Customer support is now basically worthless. Recently we realized my wife has been paying for cellular data on her watch for 2+ years without it actually being functional. She spent hrs on the phone w customer service trying to resolve the issue and get the Apple Watch connected to service. Ultimately that effort failed, and visible offered to credit her for $40 as a means of apology and to remove the watch service so we don’t continue paying for a service we can’t use. Instead of doing that, they refunded the payment she had just made for the next month of service, which meant we now owed that $40 again, and no credit of $40 was ever applied. We contacted them again and asked them to fix this and they flat out refused, feeding us excuses and lies for another few hours instead of honoring their word. To this day they have not made this right. I shouldn’t be surprised, but up until this point visible had been such a great company to work with. So now we are looking elsewhere.

I like the price that they are giving for the service. But the range and internet speed is terrible. Like I go to downtown areas and based on the map it says there is plenty of range but when I get to that area there is no range or reception.

I have had Visible for a few years now and very happy. Recently I noticed no 5G in my area and the coverage map does say 4g but I’ve always had 5g! What happened recently??
