T-Mobile Prepaid eSIM

I get an Error 16 on my Iphone 15 Pro Max

While it is described as the app to use when traveling into USA and needing to buy prepaid plan it won't work because it doesn't allow people without USA address and USA card to pay for the service. Completely useless

Whatever I do - app rejects all possible Credit Card numbers. Visa? Mastercard? Amex? “invalid credit card number”.

So there is basically no information about this in description or in the app. My MasterCard and Visa credit/debit card simply has invalid card numbers according to the app. All cards work everywhere in the USA/internet just not in this app. No idea if the app is broken or it accept cards only from chosen countries and I’m not from the lucky one.

Cryptic error messages, application starts over any time I switch to other app to get some details. And a cherry on top - “card number is invalid” - no clue what it means really. I also went to T-Mobile shop to get eSim - not possible associate said - they don’t have control over eSim and he has no idea who does. So bottom line unless you have 2 SIM card slots in your phone there is no way to get the line

Why would you want to restrict this app to the US? Who thought this makes sense? When I arrive in the US, I will have no internet. The whole point of this app is to allow me to have internet access in the US.

Does not work. I get “card number invalid” error, tried 3 different credit cards.

I was charged 40USD and app failed in the end of registration process. No money and no service.

The app charged me - I can see it on my Revolut account, but then app displayed some error and informed me I need to start from beginning - and pay again... I cannot even chat with them, they didnt store my e-mail...

Super simple. Quick activation. Works perfectly.
