I have been having trouble to access my account for the last three days, do you know how can I solve this? Or is this a problem from your server?
I request a change in my phone number and it has taken more than 3 weeks to make that change. They blocked my account without notice. I’m desperate looking for support but they don’t give me any information.
Mittlerweile habe ich über drei Dutzend nervende und bedrohlich empfundene Nachrichten erhalten mit dem Ziel mich in neue Vertragskondis zu zwingen, dessen Konditionen ich AUSDRÜCKLICH NICHT AKZEPTIEREN MÖCHTE!! DER SERVICE IST, WIE VON VIELEN ANDEREN BERICHTET, NICHT ERREICHBAR. Haltet euch von diesem Unternehmen fern!
First of all, the reason I want to delete my account is that I have not been updated to Vivid 2.0. I was Prime and was using an additional Vivid card, but when I came to "migration" and tried to update it, it only said no and to take all the money out. So for that reason, I quickly drilled another account and froze all the cards I was using to cancel Vivid, which was my main bank, and deleted the last account, and I said, "Can't delete Money Pocket." "Before deleting your Money Pocket, please close all others" comes up. Please do something for me. What the hell do I have to do more
Ich muss jedes Mal „Passwort“ vergessen angeben obwohl das Passwort stimmt. Nutzte die Karte seitdem nichtmehr und werde kündigen.
I’ve been using Vivid since October 2021, when I first moved to Germany as an Erasmus student. Haven’t had any troubles or issues, hence no necessity to get myself another German bank. Vivid used to be the best German bank I could imagine. Simple, easy to use, laconic, chat support was always there and always friendly. So I stayed a loyal customer for years. However, since December 2023, Vivid makes me run through unending verification troubles. First, when I Top Upped my account in DM I had to provide a NOTARIZED proof of finances. Otherwise my account would be closed. Then, all of a sudden, I had to provide a proof of residency in the beginning of a year. Otherwise my account was threatened to be closed again. But at least the chat support was answering within a day and we could find a document they required. Now — the migrations to Vivid 2.0 issue. With an IBAN being changed (extra trouble for me as for the working student on residence permit) but I still decided to migrate bc of my loyalty to Vivid. In order to migrate, I need to verify my identity, but I could not do it the the usual way. Since my Aufenthaltitel is on prolongation, all I have on my hands are an old Aufenthalt, my old visa, my ID and the Fiktionsbescheinigung. Since Fiktion does not have a photo, automatic verification just would not let me through. When I asked Vivid Team if Fiktion is acceptable for verification (or if I should search for another bank), the answer of tech support was positive. They told me Fiktion is fine and I just have to get verified manually. And here I am, trying to get myself verified for MORE THEN A MONTH - yet still unsuccessfully. Chat support answers once in a blue moon, if I’m lucky once in 5 working days. My documents have been checked and double-checked for God knows how many times. Support team keeps offering me solutions like reinstalling the app, which do not work. I’ve sent my documents by PDF, per Email, but all of ir led to nothing. So, in short, I simply cannot use the app and the bank further on because of the poor service that cannot get me verified AS PROMISED. Schade. I am very disappointed that I have to leave the bank that I used to love and inform my Uni, my job and other instances of my sudden IBAN changes in the middle of the year. Btw other bank opened me a new account with my Fiktion within 2 hours from scratch.
Seit der Migration zu VIVID 2.0 geht alles schief. Lastschriften wurden nicht übernommen. Versprechen werden nicht gehalten und der Support lässt Kunden Tage lang warten und hat selbst eine Geduldsspanne von 5 min wenn er denn mal erreichbar ist. Wenn man dieses Zeitfenster nicht erwischt, fängt das ganze von vorne an. 2 Wochen hin und her geschrieben… Keine Lösung!
Alle Lastschriften sind vor die Wand gelaufen. Dadurch sehr viele Extra Gebühren. Vielen Dank dafür. Was für ein Schrott?!
Tatsächlich war ich lange überzeugter Kunde und sehr zufrieden mit dieser Bank aber ständige Änderungen der AGB oder Nutzerfeatures sowie früher sehr gutem aber heute mäßigem Kundensupport per Chat macht die Nutzung von Vivid keinen Sinn mehr für mich und ich kann es keinem Kunden der wechseln möchte empfehlen .
