Moving digital but not there
App is following trend, providing digital access to VivoCity information and rewards, as several other large malls have done some time ago. App allows online submission or receipt over $20 for rewards (car parking) but has to be done in 24h. Vivo has taken the opportunity to do away with the counter staff (and long queues) that provided the service before. Store listing (but no map to show you where). Updated car park availability (also available elsewhere on line and apps) HOWEVER the app is unstable on my iPhone, failing to start 9 out of 10 times; Just crash to phone off. I would say don’t bother unless you want o submit parking receipts. Even then, on my phone it is still quicker and less frustrating to que to use their app at the service desk (just like before) but now with more steps and less service. Update: after now 4 updates in 1 month (?!!) app can run. Still 1 star for releasing buggy software and the frustration that goes with it.
