The app is OK, but I wonder why it stopping the music playing when you use the app. This is very annoying.

OK, I’m confused. I paid for my carry-on bag for $36 and then I also paid for a bag to go underneath. Said $101 and then the total came up $136. It’s like I paid twice for my carry-on, I didn’t show taxes or anything.

The app has a lot of issues as the web as well, many errors from my iPhone 15 or even my google 8 pro, I tried the website same issues

Please fire the people who create scan passport feature. They clearly did not do their jobs!!!!! The nationality doesn’t even match the issue country after I scanned the passport. What a joke!!!

One of the worst Apps ever used, as well, Volaris misrepresents prices and customer service takes hours. Never use this airline.

Seat selection prices are confusing, site won’t let you go back to make sure there was no error, site does not communicate by email and it’s impossible to connect by phone as we have no phone service. Most unsatisfactory on all points. “If you can’t figure things out, we’ll be happy to charge you more and more and more…”

Avoid at all cost. It’s not worth it, the crew are very rude especially if you don’t speak Español. They keep changing your seats until you board your flight and even after you board the flight. I’ve heard it’s relatively a decent airline compared to others in Mexico but my experience with Aeromexico and viva Aerobus are far better, in terms of the crew they are very friendly. I would never fly with Volaris if I have other options even it costs a few bucks more. It’s not the value and service we pay for.

Compré en la noche mi vuelo, utilice el dinero electrónico Volaris, hoy en la mañana que revise el vuelo, no se compró el vuelo, declinó y por ende mi dinero electrónico se perdió. Ahora que lo compré subió de precio el boleto.
