There’s no real reason to have to force users to download an app for something that’s always been available online.

Muy mala idea solo dejar que se escanee el pasaporte y la visa en check in. Deberian de ofrecer la opcion de ingresarlo manualmente.

Trying to check-in for a flight, instead of manually entering my info app requires to scan my passport. Guess what, it won’t scan. Ended up using husband’s android. But still couldn’t check-in because it won’t let me scan residents card. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

Tienen varios errores que afectan el performance y disminuyen mucho la confianza a la app, como por ejemplo precios en la app pueden llegar a salir más caros sin motivo alguno de los que aparecen en el sitio web que literalmente debería ser igual, me imagino que el algoritmo que se produce al buscar viajes desde tu celular puede llegar a impactar en el precio directamente simplemente por hacer la misma búsqueda de vuelo varias desde tu móvil. Digamos que el precio subió un poco porque la ai noto que de repente surgió una supuesta demanda de cierta ruta y pues realmente no es así, es una persona buscando un ticket y que lo busca varias veces al inicio de una compra, esta última vez comprobé un poco esta teoría al tener unos precios en la app en mi cel y al final pagué un poco menos cuando completé mi compra por el sitio web desde mi computadora… interesante

Volaris left me with no choice to download this app to check in. I did just that. I tried checking in went through all the steps and when I got to boarding pass, all I got was a blank page and could not download the pass or add it to my Apple wallet. This is shameful. I tried checking in on a laptop and also on my travel partners android phone. Nothing worked. This is completely unacceptable.

Volaris app NEEDS severe improvement!

Horrible app if I could give it a zero I would, I feel bad for the elderly people that can’t figure it out checking in and scanning you’re documents they want to make it easier, but it actually makes it harder for people that aren’t there for them to check in
