Не работает после обновления, ужасная техподдержка
Перестал работать после обновления. Обращалась несколько раз в техподдержку - и писала, и звонила. Прислали совершенно непонятную инструкцию как собрать информацию, чтобы компания смогла помочь с ошибкой, так как в ней не оказалось ни расширения, в котором нужно сохранить файлы, ни когда остановить работу программы для сбора логов. Позор такому обслуживанию клиентов.
