Stay away from this scammers I bought a lifetime subscription and after less than six months it stopped working and no one will answer to your tickets

I rarely use my vpn which is part of the reason I dished out the 1 time payment for “lifetime subscription”. This was a couple years ago. Well I tried to use it just now for shopping from my iPhone and the app says I don’t have access! I paid for that and they simply reneged. Not only that but since trying to login, this app has completely messed up my WiFi connection on my phone. not a single update in 2 years as of this review. Ya know what, good riddance! Slow, inconsistent connections, logs user activity, absolute garbage.

At some point the subscription stopped working. Cannot connect on iOS devices. Repeatedly get a “keys download failed error”. For iPad and iPhone. I suspect a incompatible with newer IOS versions. Not good!!!

I got the lifetime membership over 5 years ago and I can say it does what it’s intended to do and for the price you can’t beat and shouldn’t complain about it. The only cons I can say is you do get blocks from some stream services and games, and sometimes app won’t load or take a min to load.

I am a lifetime member subscriber and the app will no longer let me gain access to any servers. Give me data errors. Customer service is not the best and the app has yet to be updated for over 2 years.

App totally broken

Purchased lifetime subscription. Now fails to connect to any server. Says subscription expired but account shows subscription still active. NO response from support.

I have a lifetime membership and every time I try to connect to a server it tells me my membership has expired. But I go to my account details page and it says I have an active lifetime membership. So the app is unusable and support has yet to respond to my inquiry (over 24 hours ago).

I purchased a “lifetime” subscription years ago and the service is totally offline now. No support, no humans involved. Do not give this company any money. The fact they are taking money is complete fraud. I can log into the app and website but the VPN app does not work. Key errors and other errors. Apple should remove this app from the App Store. Completely useless app.
