This app should be removed form the Store. Feels like a kid built it back in 1995! Just take it down please!

It’s unusable literally

This is by far the worst app I have ever downloaded. It doesn’t remember any information at all. It gives bad information on the insurance and over all does NOTHING!!!!!!!

Such a stupid app. I have to login every time I close this app, because it’s glitching.

Might as well just look it up on the internet to do your login and see your benefits. This app doesn’t do much, and you have to consistently log in over and over, not to mention it’s laggy and not updated..

This app provides not one piece of useful information about your vision benefits. There is no information on the member ID cards, no history of appointments, no benefit history, and is honestly pointless to install.

Not only do the issues exist that other reviews wrote about, you need to login each and every time you use the app. It doesn’t use Face ID or fingerprint as a shortcut. In addition, it doesn’t remember your user ID so you have to go to your password manager, copy the information from there and input it into the app. Seems like the app was written in 1991 and nobody’s had the wither all to update it since then. Don’t waste your time.

Get with the times. Add Apple Wallet for ID card.

The insurance coverage is as dumb as the user interface / experience of this app. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worse enemy.

Don’t even bother. Seriously. Nothing works, you can’t go back to a previous screen, etc. they should remove it from the store.
