Bastards.
They have a sofisticated system how to mess with people to which they canceled reservation because of overbooking. They won’t take any responsibility and even they mock to you. Bastards.
Reklamace Avios
Nefunguje funkce Retrieve Avios.Aplikace po vložení kódu (booking code) sice vygeneruje hlášení “The Avios from this booking had been previously added to your account”.Ale reálně se žádné Avios nepřipíši.Další funkce “View Vueling Club card” v aplikaci hlásí “The pass cannot be read because it isn’t valid”.Přes web se karta normálně zobrazí.Avios se mi nepodařilo přes funkci dobít ani přes webové rozhraní.Negativní recenze na internetu napoví,že dobití Avios nefunguje tak snadně,jak to na první pohled Vueling inzeruje.Velké zklamání ze strany zákaznické podpory.Například u ČSA (Czech Airlines) se po letu připíší míle bez nutnosti cokoliv reklamovat.Teame vývojářů Vueling,udělejte něco,aby funkce pro dobití Avios fungovala.

The app doesn't work. Check-in is not possible because it is not able to scan any document.

I have paid for change of my seats and bag 42EUR 3 times. So in total 126EUR. Unfortunally I have end up with nothing. Vueling has only taken money from me.

Not recommended
My Vueling credit has just expired without any kind of warning or notification. Company support offers no solution stating that credit has expired and can not be prolonged. Make sure to check validity of your credit and use it before expiration. Not a good way to build customer relationships. NOT recommended. AVOID flying with this company.
