I’ve been using the walk at home app for some time now. I’m getting more movement and activity in my day and as a result have more energy! I especially love the wake up and walk series! And recently there was another team teach and Zuri was the lead in the last segment. Would love to see more from Zuri! Miss Nick & Nadia as leads. Are they doing anything new? Thanks to everyone at walk at home app for making this possible and being a part of my daily life :)

Walk at home is awesome. I have had it for years and I love that I can just do it at home anytime I want. I love that I can do 1 mile or 5 miles. I love all the options from walking to stretching to yoga to boxing. I share it often on Facebook and to my friends.

I love this app!! There is a lot of variety, much more than just walking too!! There is HITT training, yoga, and weight/band training. Easy to use and find walking workouts by time and intensity

I do really like the workouts but we need some new ones! I never see anything different. I would love some with more current and fun music. Life’s to short to be boring!

I have been a long time customer of Walk at Home. I used to have all of Leslie Sansone’s DVDs then graduated to the app. I love all the new trainers. My only complaints are they should put out new content more often and put in some new moves! The new workouts are just kicks, knee lifts, side steps and kickbacks. The only time a tap out is done or a tap back is in warm up or cool down. Why not incorporate new moves like step knee ups and when you put your heel in front of your foot, kind of like a skater but in front of your foot instead of behind. I’m just suggesting some new moves because the workouts get boring. Other than that I can’t go without my walks!
