Soy usuario premium y el app no funciona bien, coloque a sincronizar los bancos pero no hace actualizaciones como debería, deberían arreglar esto.

They won’t let you update the dates in your transactions like on other apps. I don’t think it was a good idea getting the life time
I like the design and overall the app is user feiendly. But I had peoblems syncing my Chase account, eventually after multiple tries I was abble to connect it to the app. The sync is not working smoothly most of the transactions will be visible in the app after 1-2 days which makes it useless to manage tour finances and account balances.
I love this app. But some of the features that I used to use on Android device is missing in the iOS version. Any possibilities that you will add them?

I just purchased the full version of the app and synced it with my Apple Card. However, the process at the bank was not smooth. I spent about 10 minutes trying to add my account with multiple attempts. Eventually, my Apple transactions were synchronized with the app, but the last transaction recorded is from December 30. I have many transactions that occurred after that date, including many in January, which have already been processed and are not pending. Unfortunately, I still don’t see those transactions, and my current balance on the Apple Card does not match the data imported into the app. How can i get a refund?
I used this app for a few months before purchasing their lifetime subscription back in October. It was working fine although I did not use the bank sync. Recently I decided to import my data so I sent a ticket two times to their support team but no response. I tried to login on their website and since I was logged in with my apple ID i used that. My one year worth of data was not syncing. I then tried to set a password and that worked fine. BUT THEN when I opened the wallet app again I saw that my lifetime subscription was gone and when I try to restore it says that it belongs to another account (cause i set a password to my account so now it is considered a different account). I contacted support again but I can’t even send tickets anymore. I am so disappointed.
I bought the premium membership for life good price I’m happy with how everything works definitely great for budgeting and keeping track of your expenses.
