I’ve been using this app for around a year now. It’s been wonderful except until recent few days when there has been problem with importing from csv files (I’ve been using this feature for months without problems). And I discovered that there isn’t any handy way for me to contact the support team directly and I’m always directed to a forum like place for the issue I encountered. And now the issue hasn’t been solved yet

The family group feature is a fake and no export function is available

Hi, I had bought the lifetime premium membership for this app. But I don’t see any option to export my data. Can you please incorporate this option atleast for the premium members? If there is no export option, it does not serve the purpose at all.

Can’t search TSM in US stock exchange market

very annoying, need to watch long advertisement after inputting 3-4 entries. Discouraging experience. Preset of expenses type are unclear . Not recommended.

The app is very useful. But sometime it’s a bit hard to read as a Chinese user.

This app had been fantastic for the past few years, get the job done. But somehow all my data is gone after the latest version update, now I need to start all over again. Probably not with this app.

For convenience and user friendliness, please consider developing the app with at least a shortcut feature.

I do like how the app is designed, but the widget on iOS (not in-app) does not update. It keeps showing the planned payment which I marked “paid” already. Moreover, I wish there will be other kinds of widgets. Different people have different needs, not every one is interested in planned payments.
