Put my clothes in to wash and it was late so no customers support or maintenance available. The machine was spinning and heating my clothes for 3 hours while I tried to open and cancel machine but let me . Had to get the buildings security and he said we gonna have to open with force I am very angry as my clothes are probably ruined but still can’t access them at 4 in the morning and will have until 8 for maintenance. No help and never recommend understand that other people have had this problem 😡😡😡😡

Washers leave cloths completely drenched and Dryers don’t dry anything!! Worst laundry I’ve ever used!

Would give less stars honestly, Had washers ‘malfunction’ multiple times. But the timer still goes so I end up with soaking clothes. After contacting I was told it was both too heavy a load and too light a load. I’m writing this after the second time it happened. My load was 5kg in a 10kg washer. It still happened. Also problematic dryers taking 4 (yes FOUR) 30 minute drys to dry my stuff (again a very reasonable amount of stuff). It was only after swapping to another dryer that it was actually dried. And according to the person I contacted this was my fault? Washnet you owe me £4.40 (I’m broke and can’t afford to waste time and money waiting next to a dryer for hours)

Called after an issue where I booked and someone else took my slot, in hopes of getting a refund. They hung up on me without providing information on what to do next.

It literally never works, the washing machines are constantly napping. Just do away with the app and put a contactless card scanner on the machines or something for gods sake
