Application needs to redesigned to carter user needs …. things are not properly arranged

Many apartments are available in Al Wasl buildings and not updated in the app. It’s lousy. No point in downloading this useless app. If you don’t want your app to be updated with latest information then why do you have it??? It’s useless.

Worst app and company ever, we tried a lot to book 1bhk and we call a lot telling them the app is not working and we need the apartment! They took all of our information but suddenly they told us the property has been rented to someone else! Onilne!! 😂😂😂 really stupid app

I tried to book a room through app for 4 hours it didn’t work and actually when the room start available other agent is booking and they are asking extra commission to get room . This is very bad for the people who trying to book from the app

Very slow and most of the links don’t even work.

This is the worst app and customer service from wasl leasing team.

We paid the reservation fee which all their customer service team + Online information mentions is refundable after 24 hours. It’s been 1 week with no refund. There is no response from the customer service team. Every response is “Someone will call you back”. Do not pay them a dime. Extremely terrible customer experience. This App and the team behind it are a great example of how a digital economy should NOT look like.

I paid the reservation fee that they mention is refoundable in 72 hours … already passed 15 days and I got nothing back … when calling them all with the same excuse “we will check and return to iou@“
